Results, by engagement
Every Legal Torch engagement reports outcomes monthly: AI citation share-of-voice, consultations attributed, pipeline value attributed. Below: a verified, named client result — published with permission — alongside illustrative scenarios.
Verified client result
H&H Law is a Korean-speaking immigration firm in Santa Ana. When the engagement began, the firm ranked position ~38 on Google for its core query and was not the named answer in AI engines. Following entity-consolidation, multilingual content, and citation work: on the firm's flagship buyer prompt — best Korean-speaking immigration lawyer in Santa Ana / Orange County — H&H Law was the #1-named firm on ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Perplexity (manual five-surface check, July 29, 2026, screenshots retained), and held #1 with its own domain cited on ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini in our depersonalized n=3 clean-room measurement (August 16, 2026). Google Search Console shows the firm's core query moved from position ~38 to #1.
Scope, stated honestly: these results are on qualified prompts — Korean-language, Korean-community, Orange-County-local, and practice-specific (EB-5, NIW, family, naturalization) queries. On the generic unqualified prompt ("best immigration lawyer in Orange County") H&H is not yet the named answer; that remains open work. Measured visibility is not a guarantee of leads, cases, or outcomes, and AI answers vary by engine, time, and phrasing. Published with H&H Law's written permission (Aug 21, 2026), which may be withdrawn at any time.
H&H Law is a Korean-speaking immigration firm in Santa Ana, California. Its prospective clients increasingly skip Google and ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini — often in Korean — for an immigration lawyer. In an AI answer there is no page two: the engine names a few firms and the rest are absent. Despite a solid website, H&H was effectively invisible in those answers for the very questions its community asks, and ranked around position 38 on Google for its core query.
We first measured H&H’s standing with a reproducible, clean-room method — the six-surface PROOF™ panel (ChatGPT · Perplexity · Google AI Overviews · Google AI Mode · Gemini · Claude), every prompt run at least three times, depersonalized with no login, history, or location. Then we worked the niche the firm actually serves: entity and schema consolidation so the engines resolve H&H as one firm, Korean- and English-language content built from the questions real clients ask, and placement in the sources the engines cite — not generic head terms.
In a depersonalized clean-room run of 108 controlled trials (12 niche prompts × 3 engines × 3 trials, August 9, 2026), H&H Law was named in 94% and ranked first in 82% across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. On the firm’s flagship buyer prompt — “best Korean-speaking immigration lawyer in Santa Ana / Orange County” — a manual five-surface check (July 29, 2026) found H&H the #1-named firm on ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Perplexity, and Google Search Console shows the same core query moved from around position 38 to #1. Every figure carries its date and its sample size, and the raw per-cell evidence is retained.
These wins are in H&H’s niche — Korean-speaking Orange County immigration — where the firm’s community self-identifies by language. On generic English head terms like “best immigration lawyer,” no single firm is consistently named, H&H included, and we tell clients so up front. The moat works precisely because it is specific. AI answers are dated snapshots that vary run to run; a niche lead is a first-mover advantage a firm then defends, not a permanent guarantee.
DataForSEO direct-LLM measurement, depersonalized, at least three runs per prompt-engine cell, with a monthly manual cross-check. Results are AI-search visibility — dated snapshots — not guaranteed rankings, leads, or case outcomes (Cal. RPC 7.1). Published with H&H Law’s written consent (August 21, 2026), which the firm may withdraw at any time.
Illustrative scenarios
These are illustrative scenarios, not actual client results — modeled on the outcomes the VERDICT™ methodology is built to produce. Legal Torch is a founding-cohort agency; named, client-consented case studies will replace these as engagements mature.

Established family practice with strong reviews but minimal AI search presence. Bar referral hygiene plus FAQ schema and Reddit attorney-attribution placements drove top-cited status.

Growth-stage corporate boutique with strong reputation but no AI search presence on PE-counsel prompts. Deal-history surfacing plus JD Supra placements plus Chambers-tier substantiation drove citation in 60% of target prompts.
Outcome reporting standard
Every retainer client gets a first-Friday PROOF™ Report. The format is consistent across engagements — Position, Receipts, Outcomes, Oversight, Forward — so trends are visible month-over-month, and a managing partner can read it in ten minutes.
Each report covers: citation share-of-voice trend by AI engine, prompt coverage trend, consultation attribution to AI search, case-value attribution where measurable, and the next 30 days of planned work. Quarterly, we add a competitor benchmarking pass and a strategic-outlook section.
