This Privacy Policy explains how WTT Consulting LLC, doing business as Legal Torch ("Legal Torch," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit legaltorch.ai (the "Site") or use our services. Legal Torch is a marketing agency; it is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
Information you provide. When you submit our AI Visibility Audit form, contact form, or a newsletter or strategy-call request, we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email address, firm or company name, website URL, and any message you include.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to collect standard usage data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and interactions — through analytics tools. We use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager). These tools set cookies and process usage data on our behalf; see Google's privacy documentation for details on their handling.
We use the information to: respond to your inquiries and deliver requested audits or materials; provide, operate, and improve the Site and our services; send communications you have requested (such as a newsletter you signed up for); measure and analyze Site usage; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information with service providers who help us operate the Site and business — for example, website hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare), analytics (Google), and email and productivity services (Microsoft 365) — under agreements that limit their use of the information to providing services to us.
