Legal Torch is a marketing agency, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this Site — including articles, guides, audits, or other materials — is legal advice, and using the Site or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. Our compliance-related work is a marketing-content review against applicable advertising rules, not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legal Torch and its members and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
You agree to indemnify and hold Legal Torch harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
